We are a
nonprofit, tax exempt organization doing business under,
and qualified to receive charitable donations as defined
by sections 501 (C) 3 of the IRS tax code. We rely
entirely on the private sector (concerned individuals,
private foundations, etc.) for support. We do not receive
government funds. We are young a organization and need your
help for a wide range of tasks in our gleaning program. |

The gleaned
food will be sorted, packaged, and shared with area social
service agencies authorized by our board of directors.
Gleaned food cannot be sold by the gleaners or by any of
the agencies that we assist. Food is provided at no charge
for the elderly, the disabled, homeless families or
families
on low and fixed incomes. |

Senior Gleaners are looking for volunteers
55 years of age and over, to share their time and
enjoy our friendships. |
